Waiting for an arriving passenger
Wait in the cell phone lot until the person you are collecting has their bags and is at the curb, then drive to arrivals. SMUD runs a DC fast charger and two Level 2 chargers here for a fee.
If you would rather park and meet them inside, the cheapest lot is South Economy Lot at $2 per 30 min, $12/day max; the full list is on SMF parking.
